About the service
Model.sale is the trade name of an online service that sells prepaid access to AI models through an API. The service is provided entirely online: there are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. Website: model.sale.
After a payment is confirmed, the exact amount paid is credited to your wallet in US dollars. The balance is spent per request at the published price per token, and every request shows its exact charge in your dashboard.

Never send an API key, password, prompt or response body. For a payment question include the account email, the payment date, amount and payment ID.
Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars per 1 million tokens and are listed on the pricing page. There is no subscription; the minimum top-up is $5. The service is billed in US dollars only; amounts in other currencies shown on the site are indicative.

Before you pay, checkout shows the amount, the currency of the charge and the payment method. For a payment in rubles it also shows the exchange rate fixed for that payment, the payment provider's fee and the exact US-dollar amount that will be credited. Taxes, where they apply, are shown by the payment provider before you confirm.
Delivery
The service is digital and is activated automatically: the funds are credited to your balance after the payment provider confirms the payment, usually within minutes. If a confirmed payment has not been credited, write to support with the payment ID. Do not pay again.
Cancellation, refunds and complaints
You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be closed. The unused part of a deposit can be refunded within 14 days of payment; the conditions are in the refund policy. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
To file a complaint, write to support@model.sale with the account email, the payment date and ID, and the resolution you want. We confirm receipt and tell you the result of the review.
